Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation of a trip is frustrating for drivers and riders as well. At Travicabs, we impose a certain cancellation charge to let drivers compensate for the time they have committed to the trip. The fee for cancelling the trip will be charged automatically to the next trip. However, if you have cancelled the trip within 2 minutes of making the request, we do not charge an extra fee. In case multiple trips are cancelled, the cancellation charges will accumulate and prevent further requests. You have to clear the dues using your debit or credit cards. While cancelling the trip, you need to submit the reason.

Know about our refund policy

If you have cancelled the trip for some reason, you can claim a refund. You have to submit your bank details to get the refund. After verifying your details, Travicabs will send the amount. It may take a couple of weeks to get the amount credited to your account.

You will receive a partial refund if you have sent your request 24 hours to 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation has happened due to uncontrollable factors or you are responsible for the cancellation, we will give you a 100% refund.

Travicabs accepts refund requests for reasons like bad ride experiences and incorrect charges. You can easily send your refund request directly from our app dashboard. Select the refund reason and send us a message.

We will process your refund based on the original payment mode. Moreover, the refund duration may vary with the chosen payment mode.
